Do Schools Kill Creativity
Do Schools Kill Creativity? This is an interesting question and to me it depends on the school. For example, schools that focus on bookwork and tedious homework kill creativity. On the other hand though, schools that focus on more hands one efforts and work help promote creativity by stimulating ideas. That is one think I love about Arizona State as they stimulate creativity through the classes they assign especially in the entrepreneurship program. Adding to this creativity relies a lot on the individual himself. Creativity is not something you can learn, its something you are born with. Some people just have that mindset where great ideas come to life. Ken Robinson did portray some strong points intertwined between his comical commentary on how a lot of the world relies on the individual, not his surrounding.
