Something Different: Study Habits
This week my doing something different was studying several days before a test. Usually I wait until the last day before the test and pull an all-nighter. Instead, now I tried studying little parts the four days leading up to the test. At first it was weird as I felt no need to study this early though overall it was way more effective as I was less stressed and able to get a good night sleep right before the test.
